Service Centers

Daimler Coaches North America is fully focused on adding stronger services and high parts availability.

The Daimler Coaches NA Service location in Fort Worth, TX operates a state-of-the-art Technical Center available to Setra customers. This center, also our headquarters for product distribution, provides comprehensive service and support for Setra coaches, ensuring they remain in-service longer and get back on the road faster. The Technical Center is an expansive, fully-staffed facility located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area that utilizes Setra experts and technically-advanced equipment to guarantee quality support for Setra owners.

In addition to our flagship Technical Center, Daimler Coaches North America is partnering up with Detroit Diesel and their extensive network of authorized service location with factory trained, certified technicians.

These service centers are licensed for both Detroit Diesel engines and Allison transmissions. In areas with larger Setra fleet populations, select Detroit Diesel locations will be trained and qualified to provide full coach service and function as local suppliers for spare parts.
